INRC always encourages attendees to stay at the hotel/resort hosting the conference, in this case Grand Hyatt New York, for which we have negotiated a very competitive room rate for New York, other rooming options are sometimes pursued.
Please be advised, those investigating AirBnB options, that New York City has made it illegal for AirBnB to host stays of less than 30 days for most apartments in NYC, unless the tenant(s) of those apartments continue to occupy part of the space for the duration of the stay. This is not advertised on the AirBnB website, and is apparently unevenly enforced, but there is a risk that bookings through AirBnB may be subject to unexpected and potentially last-minute loss of money and not having a place to stay upon arrival in NYC.
